This is where any remaining feedback gets integrated, all the mobile designs and links are double-checked to make sure they are working before the final handover.
Finalization
We start by getting on a live call to define the strategy, vibe, user flow, customer experience and overall needs.
Strategy Call
Delivered live on a Zoom call or via a Loom video in an email, we will walk you through all you need to know so you are fully empowered to move forward.
Handover
Based on our strategy call, my team will prepare a content outline for you to use to prepare all your content (ie. copy + original images). This needs to be completed at least 48 hours before our Design Sprint starts.
Pre-Work
This is where the Design Sprint officially starts. Whether you chose 1-day or 1-week, we will dive in and share the progress live so you can give feedback that we will incorporate.

The Design Sprint Week is for you if you're clear on your brand identity, messaging and offers. Design Sprints are customized, not custom. This means we will be utilizing templates and customizing them with your branding, images, and copy. If you want a completely bespoke custom package, then please apply for a custom package here.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE A QUALITY BRAND + WEBSITE SO FAST?
Simply put: experience + efficiency. Your website will not be created from scratch (that's a much longer and pricier custom project). Instead, we've partnered with template creators and will be customizing your website from there. This allows us to move really quickly without sacrificing design. Please note the "Design Week" officially starts on the strategic kick-off call. This gives you time to prepare your content in advance.

What do I need to prepare in advance?
You will need to prepare all of your website copy (aka your text) and provide all of your images. If you don't have on-brand images yet, then we can use filler stock images as placeholders until you have the photos to swap out (which is very easy - I'll show you how). If you need support in writing your website copy, please mention this in your application and/or on our discovery call so we can explore options (either an add on or a referral).

Can I add more pages or days?
Sure! Sometimes you need an extra day to get it all together, or something comes up during or after our design sprint. Please note that there is an additional charge of $500/day if you need to delay the project after we have already started. If you want to book an extra day or two of work, you can always add on a Design Day for $1500 (or half-day $800).

Can I make changes later on?
Absolutely! You'll leave this experience with all the tools you need to make changes yourself moving forward. If you would rather bring in me in to make changes for you I offer day-rates and half-day rates.

Yes! You can pay in full or pay in 2 installments. If you need another arrangement, please mention that in your application.
